Activity: 

• 1st briefing regarding FYP2 schedule on Microsoft Teams

Objective:

1. To brief about the final year project timeline and schedule for this semester.

Content:

• The FYP briefing was done at 3pm by the Research & Innovation (R&I) Section. The talk was given by Sir Mohamad Shaiful.
• The content of the talk is as follow:

1. Roles and responsibilities of student
2. SOP/Timeline for FYP2
3. Assessment criteria
4. Guideline for final report submission
5. Process for FYP claims

Result:

Assessment criteria: - Project presentation (20%)

                                 - Project Demonstration (15%)

                                 - Project final report (35%)

                                 - Technical Paper (10%)

                                 - Progress report (15%)     

Conclusion: 

As a conclusion, I have clearly understood about the timeline or flow for final year project for this semester. Everything was well explained and clearly briefed. Meeting was ended at 5pm.
